Danielle Benfield-Office Manager

Although she has a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans, you will find Danielle at the front office managing your insurance claims & financing your treatment plan. She has worked all sides of dentistry from general & cosmetic to pediatrics & orthodontics. After taking time off to raise her three daughters, she is happy to be back in dentistry & here caring for our “family” of patients. Outside of work Danielle enjoys spending time with her girls especially in the kitchen.

Rachel Broadhead-Registered Dental Hygienist
 
Rachel has been in the dentistry field for eight years with experience in cosmetic, general, periodontal & community health dentistry. She received her degree of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Wallace State College where she was also awarded the Hu Friedy Golden Scaler Achievement. She is Board certified in Alabama and Nationally Board certified as well. With a thorough & gentle touch, Rachel works with each patient to achieve their healthiest smile. Rachel and her husband, Chad, are members at Church of the Highlands and hope to have little ones soon.

Christa Jackson-Certified Dental Assistant
 
Christa has been in dentistry most of her adult life, starting when she was only 17 & still in high school through a co-op program. After graduating she attended the UAB School of Dentistry for her Dental Assistant Certification. With over six years of chairside experience in general & cosmetic dentistry she’s here to make your visit as efficient & comfortable as possible. Born & raised just outside of Birmingham, Christa loves her life here. She recently became a new Aunt & spends most of her free time with family, spoiling her sweet nephew Wyatt.

Cathy Swartz-Appointment Coordinator 
 
Cathy has been working in dentistry for nineteen years. She has work worked in orthodontics, oral surgery, & general dentistry. She has several years of administrative experience that she uses coordinating our schedules so that each patient gets in & out with out a wait. With her assisting experience Cathy is able to help in the back when needed, which makes her an even greater asset to our team. She has two beautiful children Mallory & Zach, which she spends most of her free time supporting in everything from sports to pageants.

 Elyse Casico- Registered Dental Hygienist
 
Elyse has been practicing dental hygiene for four years. However, she has spent several years helping out at her father’s dental practice in Beaumont, Texas. Elyse attended the University of Texas & graduated from Dental Hygiene school at Austin Community College and currently has her Dental Hygiene License in both Alabama & Texas. Being that she’s new to Birmingham, Elyse has enjoyed getting to know the city and what it has to offer.
